Healing Through Relationship
Hi, I’m Jacqueline; a therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals and couples heal through connection—within themselves and in their relationships.
My work is grounded in an attachment-focused approach, and I work with individuals (ages 19–80) who are navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. This often includes healing relational wounds, managing anxiety, healing complex trauma/cptsd, and shifting out of insecure attachment patterns. Whether you're navigating the emotional terrain of new parenthood, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or struggling with the lasting effects of childhood wounds, I offer a safe and attuned space for healing.
I integrate modalities to help you process what feels stuck, understand your inner world, and move toward more ease, self-compassion, and clarity.
I also work with couples to strengthen their connection and co-regulation, especially during the intense transitions that come with raising children. Together, we explore how early attachment patterns and current stressors shape your dynamics—and how to shift toward more secure, supportive connection.
Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded in the belief that every part of you is worthy of care. I’m here to walk with you, at your pace, toward the healing and wholeness you deserve.
It's important to know that your therapist has appropriate training and experience. My CV includes CBT training through the prestigious Beck Institute, EMDRIA level 2 certification, as well as advanced EMDR skills training though The Touchstone Institute and Parnell Institute (Attachment Informed EMDR), perinatal mental health intensive training with writer/therapist Karen Kleiman's Postpartum Stress Center and through Postpartum Support International. I have completed Gottman Levels 1&2, as well as intensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (with 25 weeks + ongoing consultation).
